Join Our Cause

There are many ways in which you can help the mission of our foundation; each requires a different level of involvement.

VOLUNTEER

As a non-profit we are incredibly busy and could use all the help we can get. You would be contributing to your community and helping us make a difference for people living with Alzheimer's or other related dementias as well as their caregivers.

Volunteering can have great benefits! Did you know that volunteers have a 27% better chance of gaining employment? Volunteering can also improve leadership skills, overall health, and combat depression & anxiety by providing a sense of purpose.

INTERNSHIPS

We are looking for students in the fields of sociology, public health, psychology, social media marketing, and health administration who are passionate about the goals of our organization. Our mission is to improve the lives of those that we touch - and that includes our brilliant, caring, wonderful team of dedicated interns. We believe in a partnership internship experience that matches student skills, career aspirations, and community networking. You may be able to earn college credit while you intern at Act Now Foundation.

BRAND AMBASSADOR

team working on their social media strategy

Volunteer fundraisers share their own personalized campaign pages with their social media networks made up of friends and family. Peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraising helps us secure the necessary fundraising goal and spread awareness about dementia.

We participate in two 24-hour fundraising campaigns every year: Giving Tuesday and Hudson Gives.
